- Top Tory minister Michael Fallon was skewered on live TV, over a top DUP MP who said he was "repulsed by gays". It's feared the floundering PM could be held to ransom over the DUP 's hard-line socially conservative stance on LGBT rights and abortion.Appearing on the BBC's Andrew Marr show, Fallon was confronted with quotes from DUP MP Ian Paisley Jr, who said he found gay people "pretty repulsive". But Fallon insisted neither he nor the Tory party shared his views.
